Nexus mod manager slow downloads

It seems that some users are still facing slow download speeds/cap. Download a mod through Mod Manager Download, happening with every mod. Reported by: Korcordilo and get those when I am manually downloading from the nexus server. However if I use "download with manager" option, it drops below the 1mb /s cap and will stay under 300 KB/s
